Fast Processing We
process and ship orders Monday through Friday within 1 to 6 business days after
receiving your order. Orders placed over the weekend and on holidays will
begin being processed on the following day of business. We ship via
Fedex, UPS or USPS at our discretion. Some orders may ship in separate
packages in which there will be no additional shipping fees. We
charge a small $4.75 handling fee on all orders to cover shipping materials and
shipping insurance. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please be
sure to use your physical address when you order or delays may result. Defective Merchandise Defective
merchandise due to manufacturer imperfections will be covered by our store for
repair or replacement at our discretion. After 30 days, manufacturer defects
will be between you (the customer) and the manufacturer. Payment Details We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American
Express through our secure online check-out page. We also accept
cashiers checks, personal checks and money orders. No business checks
accepted. However, items will only ship after a ten day hold for

Helmet Sizing Size chart are provided by the manufacturer and cover a wide range of sizes. Heads come in all shapes and sizes and your head can affect the fit of the helmet and should be considered when ordering. Items received that do not fit can be exchanged as per the return policy. Fees and shipping charges may apply. We stand behind all of our products with our sizing guarantee. If you receive an item that just doesn't fit like you thought it would, you're not stuck with it. We offer exchanges for our products of new, unworn and undamaged merchandise within 7 days of ship date. Return authorization required. You must write the Return Authorization Number and the words "Size Exchange" on outside of the box. Items shipped without the Return Number visible on the outside of the package or with an invalid Return Number will be refused and returned at your expense. Issuance of a Return Authorization Number is not a guarantee of acceptance. All items must meet the return criteria to be accepted. Returns must be received within 15 days of date of purchase. Returns for size exchanges will be exchanged for same item only. Item(s) must be in new, unworn, unsoiled, undamaged and in sellable condition to be accepted for return or exchange. All product tags must be complete, undamaged and attached as from factory to qualify for return or exchange. Customer is responsible for shipping and insuring their return to us. We are not responsible for items while is transit to us and we highly recommend using a shipper with a tracking number and insurance for the value of the item. Shipping and Handling charges are non-returnable and non-refundable for any reason and will not be included in calculation of returns or return credit. All returns subject to our approval. Any return not meeting our return criteria will be returned to you at your expense. Please include a copy of your invoice and the size of the item exchanging for with your return A $10 fee will be charged to cover return shipping and a $4.75 handling fee to cover insurance and shipping materials. Order Cancellations Orders cancelled after 24 hours from time of ordering will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Orders cancelled after the item has shipped will be subject to 20% restocking fee and reimbursement for shipping expenses. Contact Us We are an online retailer

under the conditions of the return policy as stated above. All returns at

All Returns for credit will be subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to any other fees listed herein. Original shipping and Handling fees will not be used in calculation of the store credit, nor be refunded or credited for any reason. Falsification of return reason to obtain return authorization will result in refusal of your return or exchange and your items(s) will be returned to you at your expense. We inspect all returns to insure that they meet all the conditions of the return policy. Item(s) not meeting the return conditions will be held for return to you at your expense. Items not claimed after 30 days will accrue a warehouse fee of $3.00 per month until claimed or authorization to reship has been obtained and paid.
Returned item(s) at our discretion for quality in meeting all the return conditions mentioned herein. Please allow 2-4 weeks for return processing, time starts after we have received the item for processing not from date of mailing. Missing or incomplete information or orders without an account created when initial order was placed may result in delays of up to 2 weeks. International orders are not available for return or exchange for any reason, nor will any return from an international address be accepted at our facilities. International sales are FINAL. No exchange, no refunds, no exception. Any item returned to us not meeting our return criteria that causes loss in any way will be billed to customer and enforced under the limits of the law including collections, court costs and attourneys fees, interest and warehouse fees. Reimbursement for any fees, including but not limited to chargeback fees, attorneys fees, and other expenses associated with the collection of monies will be over and above original amount due. Although we strive to ship every order correctly from time to time an error may happen. In such instances, we will correct the order as quickly as possible. Under no circumstance will a refund or credit be issued for a return that is damaged, or improperly returned to us that results in damage. These items will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. Customer is responsible for providing accurate address information, any returns, refusals, or return to sender shipments returned to us will be charged all the return and restocking fees listed herein, in addition to any additional fees charged by the shipper. Please verify your address when ordering.
Refund Policy All refunds will be at the
discretion of Zboray's Motorcycle Gear for quality of return
and acceptance. All sales final, no cash refunds.Exchange only as per the
return guidelines herein. How to use your store credit Upon processing your return, a store credit will be issued, less any fees associated with your return as outlined in the return policy. Your store credit will be attached to your account that you created with your original order. Your credit will be available to you by logging into our store, where an available balance will show in your
shopping cart and be tracked until funds have been depleted by
you. You must wait until your return has been processed for
funds to become available for use. Returns for credit will be issued
to the card originally used for purchase less any
return, restocking fees. Returned/ Refused Shipments Customer is responsible for address quality. Items
returned for any reason, including, but not limited to, refusal by
customer or customer agent/resident, undeliverable
address, incomplete or incorrect address will be subject to a 20% restocking
fee in addition to any shipping fees incurred. Items
requiring reshipping will incur the 20% restocking fee, the
additional charges associated with the return of your package as well as

safety guidelines of the Department of Transportation and are not to
be used on motorized vehicles, user accepts sole responsibility.
Novelty Helmets will not protect you in the event of impact. Use at
your own risk. No Helmet can protect the user against all impacts. To
provide protection you must chose a D.O.T. or Snell approved helmet in a
